Composer’s Thoughts

I have a friend who is constantly worrying about what others think of them. It really causes them intense anxiety. So much of the time, it’s all in their head. So I kept finding myself telling them to just say, “So what?” But the message didn’t get through to them. So I wrote this song, and it seemed to help. Maybe it will help others too.
